Different than other city on a hill products, teens will have the opportunity to hear challenging teachings from kyle idleman, and watch testimonies from other teens on what it looks like to be a completely committed follower. But i just want to be clear that this book is not just information on a page or a pastor’s commentary on the scriptures. I rate my experience with not a fan by kyle idleman 4/5 stars—i really liked it.
It challenges and grows participants on a daily basis over the course of the 6 week video series. Not a fan is a christian living book arguing that jesus isn't interested in fans, but in followers. Since reading it, luke 9:23 has become one of my favorites and i use it now to help push and motivate me in decisions. There will be opportunities to have gospel conversations throughout this study.
